The 'Judas' star showcases an unusual look for magazine.
Lady Gaga has been drenched in oil for a new photo shoot.
The 'Marry The Night' singer strikes an eye-catching pose as a mermaid on the front and back cover of Visionaire 61.
The pictures, which were shot by photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, are accompanied by the message: "There is no oil too thick as to destroy the imagination."
With her bare chest soaked in oil, Lady Gaga completes the look with her now famous mermaid skirt and multi-coloured hair extensions.
The special issue of the magazine is dubbed LARGER THAN LIFE and claims to be the largest magazine ever produced.
But fans hoping to buy a copy will have to save up – the standard edition, which measures 36 inches x 49.48 inches, costs $375, and will be limited to 2,500 copies.
