Beyonce and Gaga to duet at BRITs
BRIT Awards have become known for their collaborations. Last year we saw Gaga appear on stage with Brandon Flowers from The Killers together with the Pet Shop Boys.
This year could top that, as the undoubted queens of pop (sorry Madonna!) will take to the stage together.
The Daily star reports that on February 16th the pair will perform their duet Telephone' on stage at the BRITs. Lady Gaga originally wrote for Britney Spears who was due to feature it on her album, 'Circus' but Britney turned it down so Gaga got Beyonce on board and has turned it in to a hit.
According to the paper: "At first Beyoncé didn't think she could make the Brits, but now it's looking more likely. With her hubby Jay-Z also on the bill it makes sense for her not to miss out."
If the rumours are true, music fans are in for a treat. Unusually, Beyone herself hasn't been nominated for any BRIT awards this year, whilst Gaga has received three nods: 'International Female Solo Artist', 'International Breakthrough Act' and 'International Album'.
Will you be tuning in to watch the queens of pop perform together?
