The 'ARTPOP' star tweeted that she has lost her 'mermaid voice" and been forced to recover this week.
Lady Gaga has been forced to cancel two of her world tour shows this week due to illness, apologising to fans by saying "Ursula took my mermaid voice".
The 'Do What U Want' superstar tweeted her sadness at the news last night (28th May), after cancelling her show in Seattle on Wednesday evening as well as this Friday's (30th May) scheduled show in Seattle, promising to reschedule the dates in the future.
"My deepest apologies to Seattle and Vancouver, we'll rescheduled those shows & be back to make it up to you. #SadGaga," the 'Venus' star tweeted. "I'm devastated I'm unable to perform this week.
"Ursula took my mermaid voice I've come down with horrible Bronchitis," she added, referring to the Disney film The Little Mermaid.
Recently the US star added a string of new UK tour dates to her 'ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball' world tour for November this year.
