Chart-toppers Lady Gaga and Adele have secured themselves a place in the new ‘Guinness Book Of World Records 2012’.

The 'Judas' singer who released latest album 'Born This Way' in May holds the record for most Twitter followers with over 13.5 million followers little monsters worshiping the pop princess.

'Rolling In The Deep' singer Adele is also celebrating after her latest album '21' bags the record for most consecutive weeks at the top of the chart since its release.

The 23-year-old also holds the record for being the first female artist to land two singles and two albums in the UK Top 5 simultaneously.

Adele has been nominated for four MOBO Awards at next month’s bash including 'Best UK Act' voted for by Capital FM listeners.
