Katy Perry Buys Two Homes In Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills For Almost $12 Million?

The 'Part Of Me' singer is said to now own two homes next door to each other in Los Angeles.
Katy Perry has reportedly splashed out $11.5 million on two adjacent houses out in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles.
According to Radar Online, the 'Teenage Dream' singer made the purchases recently with the properties featuring four acres of land between them.
The first property is a modern home of almost 3000 square feet of living space, complete with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool.
Katy's other purchase is a Spanish style mansion of 4000 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and also featuring a pool, while both houses also have a guest house for when the US star has friends or family over to stay.
The 'Firework' singer has been writing and recording for her new album over the past few months with recent rumours suggesting her break-up with John Mayer could be addressed in one of the songs.

Katy Perry has kept a low performance profile in 2013 but did join the Rolling Stones on stage for a live duet of 'Beast Of Burden' on 11th May.
