Katy Perry has made US chart history.
Last week the singer set a record for most consecutive weeks spend in the Billboard top 10.
Her collaboration with Kanye West 'ET' went to Number eight and 'Firework' was at Number 10. She'd notched up a 43rd week in a row in the Top 10.
Katy beat Santana who had 42 weeks and Mariah Carey who spend 41 weeks in the Top 10.
The only other act who has had more weeks in the Top 10 are Ace Of Base who have 48.
Katy's expressed her admiration for the band in the past, telling Billboard: 'I'm kind of thinking I want to do my record like a mesh betweent 'Lovefool' by The Cardigans and 'The Sign' by Ace Of Base. I want to make songs that people want to hold hands and roller-skate to.'
