Katy Perry Beats Rihanna And Taylor Swift To Be Named The Hottest Woman Of 2013

The 'Teenage Dream' singer has been named top of the list by Men's Health for the coming year.

Katy Perry has been named the hottest woman of 2013 in a new countdown by Men's Health magazine.

The 'Part Of Me' singer was announced as this year's recipient of the honour by the popular fitness publication, who credited her hugely successful pop and film career, her social media status as well as the way she handled her divorce from comedian Russell Brand as factors in their decision.

"Nobody, including us, could get enough of Perry this year," the magazine's editors write, explaining their decision. "And for that reason she is our sexiest woman of 2013."

Ted star Mila Kunis was at number two on the list followed by Mad Men star Christina Hendricks at number three, The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence at four and Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston rounding off the top five.

Other pop stars featured on the magazine's list of the 100 hottest women of 2013 include 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer Taylor Swift at number 12 and 'Diamonds' star Rihanna at 15.

Katy Perry is currently working on her third studio album while her 'Part Of Me' soundtrack song 'Wide Awake' has been shortlisted in the Original Song category at this year's Oscars.
