The 'Teenage Dream' singer dressed up as the indie singer for a sketch during the popular US comedy show.
Katy Perry's guest host stint on Saturday Night Live included a sketch in which the 'Teenage Dream' star parodied English singer Florence Welch.
The 'E.T.' singer hosted Saturday's (10th December) edition of the show alongside several notable guests, including Kristen Wiig and Robyn, and gave her own spoof version of Florence and the Machine's popular single 'The Dog Days Are Over'.
In a sketch called 'The Dog Trial Is Over', Katy is seen dressed in one of Florence's trademark dresses and a long red wig while enthusiastically miming along to the track.
Other sketches during her appearance on the show included a spoof about pop star Christina Aguilera and even parody of her own outrageous music video costumes.
Katy described hosting Saturday Night Live as the "cherry on top" of a highly successful year, which has seen her headline a 124-date world tour and receive two Grammy Award nominations.
