Katy Perry And John Mayer Coordinate Outfits After Going Public With Romance

The 'Teenage Dream' singer and her new man wore matching outfits while eating out in New York.

Katy Perry and John Mayer cemented their newly public relationship this week when they were pictured in complimenting outfits for a dinner date out in the Big Apple.

The 'Part Of Me' star was pictured hand in hand with the 'Your Body Is A Wonderland' singer on Saturday night (15th December) when the two headed out for dinner in New York, wearing colour-coordinated outfits fresh from confirming their romance last week.

Katy opted for a purple dress, blue leather jacket and multicoloured scarf for their outing, while singer John complimented her outfit with a purple jumper, red tie and blue blazer.

The 'Teenage Dream' star was also seen carrying a small card and a bottle of whiskey, believed to be a bottle of Laphroaig Single Malt worth around $1000.

Last week Katy described John Mayer as her "boyfriend" for the first time after months of rumours while the two attended a Broadway performance in New York.

The couple were also spotted in a romantic embrace while taking in the Rolling Stones' '50 And Counting' tour performance, after John joined the legendary rock band on stage for a duet.
