Kate Perry has spoken about voicing 'Smurfette' for 'The Smurfs' film.
She told Billboard: 'The Smurfs movie was really fun for me cause a lot of times, you know, 360 days out of the year, I feel like a cartoon. So I thought playing a cartoon was a natural thing to do.
'With 'The Smurfs' I get to walk into the studio and I can be in my pyjamas and I make a really cute little voice, which is kind of a mixture of my voice and a little voice.'
The singer also talked about her performance on The Grammys.
She said: 'It's going to be an amazing performance. I don't want to get too much into it but it's going to be medley of 'Teenage Dream'. But there's going to be a lot of surprises here and there.'
She also revealed who her date for the evening would be.
'My grandma, who is 90 years old, is going to come with me. She's going to be my date on the red carpet cause I figured if I don't win any Grammys I still get to go home with my granny.'
The awards are due to take place on February 13th.
