It’s Kanye’s late mother, Donda West’s birthday, and Kanye shared what his daughter North had said to him about the grandmother she never got to meet.

Kanye posted, “NORI ASKED IF THE AIRPLANE COULD TAKE HER TO HEAVEN TO SEE YOU FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY, I LOVE YOU MOM.” No, we’re not crying SERIOUS tears right now… just got something in our eye.

The message was accompanied by a sweet throwback photo of Kanye with his much-loved mother who passed away due to complications with surgery in 2007.

Well, we’re taking this as definitive proof that Kanye CAN be nice – and we’re still sniffing back the tears at how cute Nori is!
