The singer admitted he won't be bringing 'SexyBack' to golf as he reads poem for star-studded audience.
Justin Timberlake was pictured sharing an embrace with US golf superstar Tiger Woods as he joined the team USA players for the Ryder Cup 2012 gala event.
The 'Cry Me A River' singer is acting as a team ambassador for the US golf squad, and took to the stage to introduce the team members individually at the 2012 Ryder Cup Gala at Akoo Theater in Illinois this week.
"I didn't come here to bring 'Sexyback' to golf," he joked to the crowd. "Frankly, I have a bad back right now. We all know that's what Davis Love [Ryder Cup captain], aka the Love man, does.
"Make sure to call him that when you see him."
He had earlier also read out a special poem called 'Ode To Golf' in front of the players and wives as the tournament prepares to commence.
"Frankly, I wasn't really sure about Medinah's club policy on beatboxing, and then I figured probably none of you would even know what that is," Justin quipped after joking he was thinking of beatboxing the poem.

The singer was also seen out with a host of celebrity stars for a special tournement this week, where he teamed up with actor Bill Murray to take on an array of professionals, watched by his fiance Jessica Biel.
