The 'Take Back The Night' singer will receive an award for his many successful music videos over the years.
Justin Timberlake has been announced for a performance at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013, and will also receive a special award on the night.
The 'Suit & Tie' singer will be presented with the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award in honour of his accomplishments in the industry, an award previously won by the likes of Madonna, Beastie Boys and Michael Jackson himself.
Justin will be returning to the MTV VMAs late this month to perform on the show, where he is also up for six other awards, just weeks before he returns with new album 'The 20/20 Experience Pt. 2'.
The 'Mirrors' singer joined a growing line-up of all-star performers which includes the likes of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Kanye West and Miley Cyrus.
