The couple were congratulated on their special day by a series of "Hollywood friends" who couldn't make it to the special day.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's wedding featured a special video message from an array of real homeless individuals giving congratulatory messages to the couple.
The 'Cry Me A River' star and the Total Recall actress tied the knot last week at a ceremony in Puglia, Italy, and it has now emerged the special day featured the parody clip.
It is believed the singer's real estate agent friend Justin Huchel enlisted the help of the individuals who pretended to be "Hollywood friends" who couldn't make the occasion.
The clip, obtained by Gawker opens with a gentleman with no teeth saying: "Jessica and Justin, I ain't seen y'all in a while. The gift is in the mail," before switching to a transvestite adding: "'Good luck and watch your man."
A bearded man ends the eight minute footage by stating: "Justin, Jessica, it's me, Herbert."
The video was confirmed to be genuine by the agent's lawyer who said: "Mr. Huchel made [the] video to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake's wedding as a private joke without Mr. Timberlake's knowledge."
Pictures from the pair's wedding have since emerged online with the singer turned actor jumping for joy in one shot.
It was also revealed that in order to avoid a full reunion with his N*Sync bandmates, Justin neglected to invite all members to the ceremony.
