The 'Boyfriend' star tells fans how they can get his attention on the social networking site.
Justin Bieber has confessed how to get a follow or a retweet from him on Twitter.
The 'One Time' star has over 24 million followers on the social networking site and told Idolator that there is no intricate process he goes through to decide who to respond to.
"It's kind of all random," he admitted. "I just refresh my feed and then when I see a name I just follow them or retweet."
When asked what is the best way to try and get the Canadian's attention, he replied: "Honestly? It's just luck. Luck and saying nice things. Just spam me."
The singer currently follows over 123,000 people on Twitter and is one of the most popular stars on the site coming in just behind Lady Gaga.

Meanwhile, the star was recently in attendance for the premiere of Katy Perry's new 3D movie Part Of Me alongside his girlfriend Selena Gomez
Justin released his new studio album 'Believe' earlier this month and has also announced that 'As Long As You Love Me' will be the next single lifted from the record.
'Believe' also, this week, claimed the highest debut of 2012 on the US Billboard chart.
