The 'Baby' star and the British boyband will join the likes of LMFAO at the industry event next month.
Justin Bieber has been confirmed alongside The Wanted as one of the first acts confirmed to play the Billboard Music Awards 2012.
Other artists who will also take to the stage at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on the 20th May include LMFAO and country star Carrie Underwood.
The shortlist of the nominations were announced last night (19th April) and the Canadian star will be going up for a string of the big awards on the night including Top Male Artist.
Justin was one of the big winners at last year's event picking up the Top new Artist ahead of the likes of Bruno Mars and Nicki Minaj.
Meanwhile, The Wanted have also confirmed they will perform their new single 'Chasing The Sun' for the first time in the UK on ITV's Britain's Got Talent series at the start of next month.
