The 'Boyfriend' singer and manager Scooter Braun are rumoured to be executively producing the proposed comedy series.
Justin Bieber's life is apparently set to be made into a new sitcom for ABC.
The rumoured series was originally planned to be launched by the network last year, but has now being planned for a 2013-2014 release, according to TV Guide.
The publication reports that the Canadian singer and his manager Scooter Braun would act as executive producers on the show with Entourage's Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi in charge of writing the script.
The site also claims that the show is designed to be about "a future pop star's awkward teenage years and his unorthodox family."
It is unknown as to whether the singer will himself be appearing in the show.
Meanwhile, Justin is currently planning on making a lunch into the movie world with his basketball film alongside Mark Wahlberg.
He also has an upcoming new acoustic album ready to be released in January and will bring his 'Believe' world tour to the UK in early 2013.
