Justin Bieber On Opening Up About Paternity Suit: "I Wanted To Say How Felt"
14 September 2012, 14:04
The 'Never Say Never' singer says his new book will reveal exactly what went through his mind last year.
Justin Bieber has promised his new autobiography will explain exactly how he felt during Mariah Yeater's paternity lawsuit against him last year.
The 18 year-old pop star says he wanted to be able to tell the story in his own words and that his new book Just Getting Started gave him the perfect opportunity to finally speak out about the dropped lawsuit.
"It was all happening," Justin tells Ryan in this week's edition of The Today Show. "People were always telling me, 'You can't talk about it!'
"So, for me, I wanted to be able to just say in my words, how I felt."

Justin has also promised his official book will also cover his feelings about romance, and teased that it will cover his relationship with fellow teen star Selena Gomez.
'[I'm] a pretty romantic guy," Justin explained. "The most romantic thing I've done is the Staples Center."
The 'Boyfriend' singer was referring to the time he hired out the 20,000 seater arena in America for a private screening of Titanic with his singer girlfriend.
Earlier this week Justin was back in the UK to promote the publication, and got the chance to meet up with One Direction's Niall Horan for a late-night jam session during his time in London
Justin Bieber's new book Just Getting Started was published today (14th September).
