The paternity case against the Canadian pop star has been quietly dropped after threats of further legal action.
Justin Bieber is no longer facing a paternity lawsuit after the supposed mother of his child dismissed her claim against him.
20 year-old Mariah Yeater filed legal papers two weeks ago claiming the 'Mistletoe' singer was the father of her 4 month-old son Tristyn.
However, TMZ reports the lawsuit was quietly dismissed last week and that Yeater's two lawyers have also quit work on the case.
Justin has strongly denied accusations he has fathered a chid with Yeater, insisting he had never met her woman and instructing his lawyers to plan his own lawsuit against her.
Photographs surfaced yesterday (16th November) of the 'Baby' singer sticking his middle finger up at paparazzi photographers in London.
The 17 year-old singer is currently in the UK promoting his new festive album 'Under The Mistletoe'.
