A video obtained by TMZ shows what looks like the 'Sorry' star exiting a store in Prague surrounded by security.

One member of a screaming horde of Beliebers pulling the Justin's pants down - much to the delight of EVERYONE else around - whilst his security usher him into his waiting Mercedes.
