The 'One Time' singer admits the series offers people opportunities and exposure they might never get.
Justin Bieber has given his backing to music reality shows such as The Voice because contestants have the chance to do what they love and are exposed in a way they might never get the chance to.
The 'Never Say Never' star spoke with US show Extra backstage following his first ever performance of new single 'Boyfriend' on the show and admitted he was a fan of the series.
"Yeh, I mean I haven't got the chance to watch a lot of this season [The Voice] but you know the fact that people are able to do what they love and come out through that type of show, because some of these people it's like, they're from these little towns and wouldn't get the exposure – so it's really cool," he confessed.
The Canadian star was also asked if he would ever consider becoming a judge on a similar type of show and stated he was too busy to commit a large amount of his time.
Meanwhile, Justin is preparing to unveil new song 'Turn To You' this US Mother's Day which is a dedication to his own mum.
