The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer has granted over 200 wishes to children over the past 4 years.
Justin Bieber has been praised by children's charity Make-A-Wish for breaking a record for the most wishes granted by a musical artist.
The 'Beauty & A Beat' singer granted his 200th wish this week following a lengthy commitment to the charity, which helps realise the dreams of children who suffer from life-threatening medical ailments.
This week saw Justin meeting up with 8 year-old Annalysha backstage on his 'Believe' tour in Atlanta, the final night of the tour's current leg.
"@MakeAWish honoured yesterday, one of the best moments I've ever had," Justin tweeted after the meeting. "Thank u. Looking forward to doing more together. thanks.
"@JustinBieber Thank you for granting so many amazing wishes!" the charity later tweeted to the Canadian pop star, to which he simply replied: "@MakeAWish this is what it is all about. Thanks."
"Despite his relentless schedule, Justin has been genuinely committed to granting wishes since the very beginning and a strong supporter of Make-A-Wish," the company's president David Williams said in a statement. "Justin understands the impact on a child of a wish-come-true and how it can create positive changes in their outlook, help them feel better and even influence their help."
