The 'As Long As You Love Me' star invited Hailey Roser backstage during his 'Believe' tour show following campaign.
Justin Bieber made a four year-old fan's "dreams come true" after he surprised her with a backstage meeting on his recent 'Believe' tour show in Milwaukee.
The 'Boyfriend' star heard about a special campaign, which had been set up to help cancer sufferer Hailey Roser meet the singer, and set up the backstage appearance.
After being diagnosed with a brain tumour last year, the young supporter's parents started the campaign on Twitter and gathered support from the likes of TMZ to make the dream meeting take place.
The Canadian's manager Scotter Braun heard about her story and ensured Justin was made aware of the situation.
Hailey had to get her doctor's consent to attend the show in Wisconsin after undergoing chemotherapy and was beaming as she posed for pictures with the 'Beauty And A Beat' singer.

Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "thank u for making mine and my daddy @therealroser and my mommy @sabrinaRoser1 dream come true #BELIEVE."
Last month, the singer also paid tribute to six year-old fan Avalanna Routh who passed away after a long battle with illness.
The fan became affectionately known as "Mrs. Justin Bieber" after mocking a pretend wedding to the singer and was also greeted with a surprise meeting from the star.
