The 'Somebody To Love' singer is looking for people to upload their videos on YouTube and he will decide the winner.
Justin Bieber has announced plans for a new competition where the winner will get to become a backing dancer on his upcoming 'Believe' world tour.
The 'Never Say Never' star wants people to audition by uploading their videos onto YouTube and he will pick the lucky winner based on the footage
Tour director Jon M. Chu told E! News that the Canadian's own online rise to fame played a key part in the new campaign.
Justin also has such a huge online component, that's where he was discovered," he explained. "You can upload your own video and audition."
Both Jon and Justin have already been looking at dancers this week in Los Angeles.
"We're only looking for the best dancers in the world. I know you and I, we want to take it to a whole other level," confessed choreographer Nick DeMoura. "It's gonna be like an epic journey."
The tour will begin in North America on 29th September at Glendale Arizona and will make its way to the UK in February and March 2013.
Carly Rae Jepsen is set to support the teen star on the jaunt and recently revealed how nervous she was feeling ahead of the jaunt.
"I think that like in 10 years' time I'm gonna sit back and look at everything that's happening to me this year and actually have a 'whoa' kind of moment," she confessed.
