Jessie J Replaced By Ellie Goulding On Katy Perry's Tour
'Price Tag' singer Jessie J has pulled out of Katy Perry's 'California Dreams' tour because of her broken foot, so Ellie Goulding is filling in.
The news came out on Twitter as Katy Perry sent fans a message to fill them in on the change in support act.
"Please welcome @elliegoulding to the #CaliforniaDreamsTour this November!" Katy tweeted.
"@jessiejofficial hope you feel better soon!"
A gutted Jessie J was set to join Katy for her US November tour dates, but says her foot just isn't healing quickly enough for the shows.
"Having a cry about having to pull out of the @katyperry tour," Jessie said on her official Twitter.
"I am as upset as my #heartbeats believe me. My foot is just not healing as well as I hoped. :(.
"*wipes tears* thank you! I was so excited too x RT @onlyLeah: @jessiejofficial the tour dancers are devastated =( we've been waiting to rock with u! Feel better mama! We send u lots of healing love! Xo."
It was only last month when the pair met at the MTV VMAs in LA that saw Katy Perry giving Jessie J tour advice.
Jessie J's UK 'Heartbeat' tour is due to start next month which, at this point, is still set to go ahead as planned.
