Jay-Z And Daughter Blue Ivy Pictured Flying Into New York City In Helicopter

The '99 Problems' rapper was seen cradling Blue Ivy as they stepped off the helicopter upon their arrival.

Jay-Z has been pictured holding his daughter Blue Ivy Carter for the first time in public, as the father and daughter arrived into New York City yesterday (30th August).

The 'Young Forever' rapper landed in the Big Apple on Thursday cradling eight month-old Blue Ivy as they left the helicopter dropping them off in the city, as baby Blue wore ear protecting headphones for the trip.

Blue Ivy was wearing an all white baby's playsuit for the journey while Jay-Z was in a white t-shirt, green baseball cap and black jeans, with a grey sweater wrapped over his shoulders.

Beyonce has been pictured out and about with Blue Ivy a number of times over the past few months but 'Watch The Throne' rapper Jay-Z has yet to have been seen out in public with his and Beyonce's first child.

The couple have been notoriously private about their personal life in the past, especially since welcoming Blue Ivy back at the start of the year, although Beyonce did post up a number of private family pictures earlier this month on her official website.

Beyonce is currently working on the follow-up to her 2011 album '4'. after making her live return to the stage back in May, while Jay-Z is also said to be working on his twelfth studio album.
