Beyonce Buys Jay-Z A Three Million Dollar Watch To Mark His Birthday

The 'Love On Top' singer has bought her husband a watch boasting over a thousand studded diamonds.

Beyonce has reportedly splashed out three million dollars on a birthday present for her husband Jay-Z.

The 'Countdown' singer allegedly opted to mark her rapper husband's 43rd birthday on Tuesday (4th December) by buying him a luxury Hublot watch, named the Big Band.

The high-end piece of jewellery, which boasts a grand total of 1,282 diamonds, is said to have thrilled Jay-Z, who is an avid watch collector.

"Beyonce will always buy Jay the best gifts money can buy," a source told the Daily Star this week. "Money is no object to her.

"She knew he would love the Hublot Big Bang watch," they explained. "It's the ultimate timepiece, a mixture of extravagance, luxury and bling."

Earlier this week the first trailer emerged for Beyonce's upcoming HBO documentary film, in which she spoke about her battles with fear and how much of her private life she chooses to reveal to her fans.

The 'Love On Top' singer is widely expected to premiere new music sometime in the next couple of months, after returning to the recording studio recently, ahead of her highly anticipated NFL Superbowl 2013 halftime show.

Beyonce's HBO documentary film is set to air on the network on 16th February 2013.
