Halsey shared a photo of herself on her first tour along with the sold-out stadiums she plays now and you'll be inspired.
Halsey has come a long way since Room 93 and her first tour. The 24-year-old singer is reaching new and dizzying heights of fame each day, but that doesn't mean she's not reflecting on her humble beginnings.
Recently, Halsey shared a photograph of herself on her first tour and compared it with the the sold out stadiums she plays now. We can't lie, it's incredibly inspiring.
"The first picture is from my first tour ever. the second is from my most recent tour," Halsey wrote in her caption.
"These pictures were taken around 3 or 4 years apart. I felt compelled to share these today as a reminder that there is no telescope for your growth," the singer added.
Halsey looks incredibly young in the first photo. Her debut EP arrived in October 2014, so the photo was likely taken when she was supporting that initial project in late 2014 or early 2015. Since then, Halsey has gone on to release Badlands and Hopeless Fountain Kingdom and, based on some recent tweets, she's hard at work on her third studio album.
Writing this album has been a lesson in forgiving myself. In being proud of myself and kind to myself despite how much this world is designed to make you hate yourself. I hope when it’s finally in your hands it brings you that same peace. It’s not a quiet peace. It’s a loud one.

Since that first photo was taken, Halsey has nabbed her first solo number 1 with "Without Me", worked with Travis Barker of Blink 182, and appeared in the critically acclaimed A Star Is Born. We'd be inclined to agree that the universe is absolutely looking out for Hals.
Meanwhile, is it weird that now we want to see all of our favourite musicians' first tour "baby" photos? We're kind of obsessed.
