Justin Bieber had a "legitimate problem with sex" before marrying Hailey Baldwin

The "No Sense" singer made some surprisingly honest confessions in the March issue of Vogue.
To some, Justin Bieber may seem like he's got it all. He's got a hugely successful musical career, he's just dropped his own fashion line – Drew House – and he's been a happily married man since getting hitched to Hailey Baldwin in September. However, before that, Justin revealed he had a "legitimate problem with sex".
Justin, who is Vogue's March cover star alongside his wife, only hooked up with Hailey last June and by then he hadn't done the deed for more than a year. His self-imposed vow of celibacy came after going completely off the rails and becoming addicted to Xanax.
During the height of his partying days in 2013, he publicly peed in a bin, got arrested and was caught visiting a brothel in Brazil for more than three hours. Justin, then aged 19, left the venue with two women, covered in a bed sheet imprinted with the brothel's logo and his distinguishable tattoos on display.
"I found myself doing things that I was so ashamed of, being super-promiscuous and stuff, and I think I used Xanax because I was so ashamed," he admitted.
Sex was becoming a addiction for him and it wasn't even giving him any pleasure anymore. So after growing closer to God, Justin decided he wouldn't have sex until he was married.
"He [God] doesn't ask us not to have sex for him because he wants rules and stuff," Justin explained. "He's like, I’m trying to protect you from hurt and pain. I think sex can cause a lot of pain. Sometimes people have sex because they don’t feel good enough. Because they lack self-worth.
"Women do that, and guys do that. I wanted to rededicate myself to God in that way because I really felt it was better for the condition of my soul. And I believe that God blessed me with Hailey as a result. There are perks. You get rewarded for good behavior."
Justin admits that while a year off was good for the soul, he was, erm, eager to get back in the saddle, which kind of sped up his wedding to Hailey. Nice.
He continued: "When I saw her last June, I just forgot how much I loved her and how much I missed her and how much of a positive impact she made on my life. I was like, Holy cow, this is what I’ve been looking for."
