The 'Say Nothing' rapper has compared Adele's hit to the iconic Bond themes by Shirley Bassey.
Example has described Adele's James Bond theme 'Skyfall' as "amazing" and a "beautiful song".
the 'Changed The Way You Kissed Me' rapper says the UK singer has come up with a "great one" to add to the pantheon of Bond themes over the years, and has likened 'Skyfall' to previous Bond soundtracks from Dame Shirley Bassey.
"I love it, it's amazing," Example exclusively told Capital FM yesterday (15th October). "It's definitely a great one to add to it.
"I remember when she was writing it, though she wouldn't play me any of it obviously because she was sworn to secrecy," he explained. "I got to hear it on the same day as everyone else.
"[It's a] beautiful, beautiful song," Example added. "It sounds very similar to the Shirley Bassey ones."
Adele's 'Skyfall' received a surprise release at the start of October and went on to take the number one spot on the Vodafone Big Top 40 chart only two days after its release.
