The 'Starry Eyed' singer says she would be happy to go out with The Wanted star.
Ellie Goulding has responded to The Wanted star Jay McGuiness after he recently asked her if she would like to go out on a date with him.
When the boyband were in Capital last month, the 'Glad You Came' star made an on-air plea to the 'Anything Could Happen' star.
Speaking to Capital backstage at the Jingle Bell Ball, Ellie said she say the proposal and said happily take him up on his offer.
"I thought his proposal was really lovely actually," she told Max.
Ellie was one of the guests on a star-studded at last weekend's Jingle Bell Ball, which included the likes of Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Tinie Tempah and Jason Derulo.
She performed a hit-filled set on the night including her Vodafone Big Top 40 number one single 'Burn'.
