The 'Lego House' star has teased fans by posting a picture of the two together while recording.
Ed Sheeran has promised that his long awaited collaboration with US country-pop star Taylor Swift will be unveiled soon.
The 'A Team' singer-songwriter revealed to Capital earlier this year that he had been in the recording studio with the 'Love Story' singer, but refused to give out any more details, and Taylor confirmed this week that the duet will feature on her upcoming new album 'Red'.
Ed continued to tease fans about the song's reveal by promising them on Twitter this afternoon (16th August) that the unveiling of their team-up is not too far away.
"Duet coming soon…," Ed tweeted, alongside a picture of the two together recently, which sees Taylor holding up a copy of Ed's debut album '+'.
Taylor gave an interview this week in which she sang the praise of the 'Lego House' singer, describing him as one of her "favourite people in the world".
Ed has been similarly complimentative about his duet partner, saying she has been a "good friend" and revealing she had been a pleasure to work with in the studio.
