Ed Sheeran's Free Download EP Gets 108,000 Downloads In 16 Hours

The 'Lego House' star thanks fans on Twitter for downloading his new songs.

Ed Sheeran has revealed that his new EP 'The Slumdon Bridge' has been downloaded 108,000 times in less than 24 hours.

The full release yesterday (14th February) came almost a month after the 'Drunk' star unveiled the first track from the EP 'You Don't Know (For F*** Sake)'.

The other tracks that feature on the release are entitled 'London Bridge', 'Faces' and 'Tone'.

In a message on Twitter, Ed thanked fans who had already downloaded the EP.

He wrote: "108,000 downloads in the first 16 hours of mine and @Yelawolf's free EP. Anyone who hasn't got it, grab it here - http://bit.ly/wcYw0G!"

Meanwhile, the star was recently confirmed as one of the artists who is set to play the special concert in celebration of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee in the Capital this summer.
