The US star says its like having girl power back with three women on the panel.
Demi Lovato says there will be no rivalry or arguments between the new X Factor USA panel, except for when the three female judges gang up on Simon Cowell.
The 'Heart Attack' singer is joined by Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio on this year's season of the show, but says they are all getting along great and are like her "older sisters".
"No, absolutely not," Demi told MTV News this week. "Other than against Simon, so that's fun."
"That's fun having a bunch of women on that panel, because it's like girl power and it brings a lighter energy to the show," she explained. "Instead off having feuds on the panel, there's actually, it's all positive!
The US star went on to promise that she has raised the bar this year after her first season on the panel in 2012.
