The 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' singer praises the track, which features on the band's new album.
Coldplay's Chris Martin has said he believes Muse's new song 'Madness' is their "best song ever".
The 'Yellow' star, who has previously supported the Devon band on tour, praised the track in a message on Twitter.
The song is featured on Muse's forthcoming album 'The 2nd Law', which also boasts the band's London 2012 Olympic Games official song, 'Survival'.
In his post on Twitter, Chris said: "Having been their opening act 13 years ago I'm proud to say that I think this is Muse's best song ever."
Coldplay are currently on tour in support of their latest album 'Mylo Xyloto', which features the singles 'Paradise' and 'Princess Of China' featuring Rihanna.
The band were among the artists who performed at Capital FM's Summertime Ball in June.
