Cheryl Cole On BRIT Awards 2012: "Adele Makes Me Proud To Be British"

The 'Parachute' singer congratulates the 'Someone Like You' star on BRITs triumph.

Cheryl Cole has confessed that she is feeling proud to be British following Adele's triumphant night at the BRIT Awards 2012.

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer won two prizes on the night for Female Solo Artist and Best Album and also gave her live UK return performance with 'Rolling In The Deep' having undergone throat surgery last November.

The Girls Aloud star took to her Twitter account earlier today to offer her words of praise to the star.

She tweeted: "YES !! @officialadele.. Representing us all over the world !!! You make us #proudtobebritish."

Meanwhile, Cheryl is readying the release of her new album after she tweeted that she had completed her third studio record earlier this month.
