Carly Rae Jepsen Unveils "Drastic" New Hair Style: "I've Always Wanted To Go Red!"

The 'Good Time' singer-songwriter has ditched her brown hair for an entirely new style.

Carly Rae Jepsen has revealed a drastic new look that has seen her brunette locks dyed bright red.

The 'Call Me Maybe' singer took to Twitter to unveil her new hairstyle and say she had always wanted to see what she would look like with auburn hair.

"At the Salon - doing something drastic :)" Carly teased on Tuesday (7th May), before announcing today: "I've always wanted to go red!"

Carly is seen with a rich red tint to her hair in the picture she tweeted to accompany her message, while posing with her leg popped.

Last week saw Carly unveiling a new remix of her recent single 'Tonight I'm Getting Over You', and updated version featuring a verse addition from Nicki Minaj.

'Tonight I'm Getting Over You' is the third single to be lifted from Carly Rae Jepsen's album 'Kiss', after 'Call Me Maybe' and 'This Kiss'.
