The Destiny's Child singer is currently working on her new studio album and will perform at the halftime show of the NFL Super Bowl in February.
"Beyonce is one of the most talented artists I think that's out there in my personal opinion," confessed the Canadian.
The 'Good Time' singer also recalled a laid-back performance from the US superstar which grabbed her attention.
She said: "I discovered this performance, just very stripped down and it was for some sort of children's hospital or something like that, and you just got to see Beyonce in her finest moment.
"Just totally acapella, smiling and beautiful, singing without any production behind her and it was one of those moments where I thought 'this woman deserves all of the attention she's getting and I was just proud."
