The passenger in the other car is said to have suffered a broken pelvis but Calvin had a lucky escape and he's spoken out to thank his fans.
Calvin Harris was injured in a car accident in Los Angeles on Saturday, after a car driven by a 16-year-old girl reportedly struck his Cadillac SUV - and he's taken to Twitter to thank his fans for their support.
Cal's team let fans know via his Facebook page last weekend that he had seen a doctor and would be resting for a few days - and had to cancel his gig at the Omnia nightclub in Las Vegas and his headline gig at Alabama's Hangout Music Festival as well as his Hakkasan residency.
After being seen by the doctors, Calvin's first phone call was to Taylor, who was said to be really worried about her boyfriend. A source told Hollywoodlife, "Taylor was very scared when she got a call from Calvin saying he had been in a terrible accident. Her first reaction was to ask if he needed her to be with him, but Calvin told her everything was okay and he was just a little shaken up."
Calvin has spoken out on Twitter to express his gratitude to his fans for their good wishes and support:
Thank you so much for your messages and sorry to any disappointment I caused with the show cancellations ...

TMZ are reporting that, against doctor's advice, he fled the LA hospital where he was taken following the crash when a private room wasn't available.
According to HollywoodLife, law enforcement sources claim that the Volkswagen Beetle convertible crossed the centre line and crashed into the Cadillac SUV Calvin was riding in and TMZ claim, "the SUV in which Calvin was a passenger could easily have been struck head on... had it been hit a second earlier."
Reports claim the crash was quite serious, with one passenger in the other car being ejected and suffering from a broken pelvis and Calvin, whose real name is Adam Wiles, sustained a laceration to his face.
We're hoping he has a swift recovery and can get back to working on his fifth studio album, which is rumoured to be released later in 2016.
