The 'Criminal' singer has reportedly officially signed up for the second series of the music reality series.
Britney Spears has apparently signed a $15 million deal to become a judge on the X Factor USA, according to E! News.
The 'Toxic' singer had previously been linked with one of the vacant judge's seats on the show with reports suggesting she was holding out for a big money deal.
A source close to the star spoke to the online publication to seemingly confirm that the star is definitely on board.
"The contract is signed," they revealed. "There's been a lot of back and forth over the past few weeks as they negotiated the small details, but she's on. It's all completed and Britney is beyond excited.
Britney is reportedly very excited to work with Simon Cowell and believes this is the perfect move for her career.
The source added: "She can't wait to sit down next to Simon at the judges' table and give this everything she's got. She is excited about showing the world that she can do this, and do this well. This is the perfect next stage in her career. Both Britney and Simon are very excited to work together."
Nicole Scherzinger, who was axed from her position on the show earlier this year, has already spoke out about the possibility of Britney replacing her on the show and thought the star would be "perfect".
