The 'Scream & Shout' singer says will.i.am has given her some new sounds to work on.
Britney Spears has teased what fans can expect from her brand new album and promises people they will be "surprised" by her new musical direction.
The 'I Wanna Go' singer is currently hard at work on her eighth studio album, alongside executive producer will.i.am, and says the 'Scream & Shout' rapper has given her a "new approach' for the highly anticipated record.
"I want to definitely take this album and have a new approach with it and make it a little different than anything I've ever done," Britney told Ryan Seacrest fresh from the song's premiere on Tuesday. "Will has a lot of really interesting different tracks that I've listened to that are really cool that I haven't actually written on yet.
"But there's a lot of guitar and I think people will be surprised with this album," Britney explained. "It's going to be really different."
When asked when cans can expect to get their hands on the record Britney promised it is likely to be out by the end of 2013.
