Britney Spears Moving Into $25,000 A Month Luxury Mansion

The 'Femme Fatale' singer is moving her family into a 19,100 square-foot mansion complete with home theatre and swimming pool.

Britney Spears is reportedly set to move into a new luxury property in the coveted Thousand Oaks area of California.

The 'Criminal' singer wants to celebrate turning 30 and completing her 'Femme Fatale' world tour by starting afresh in a 19,100 square-foot mansion set in a gated community.

The ten-bedroom property will set Britney back $25,000 each month in rent, but features plenty of space for the 'I Wanna Go' singer, her boyfriend Jason Trawick and sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney was previously leasing a similar-sized property in the similarly prestigious Hidden Hills, but will now be able to enjoy a swimming pool, sizeable garden, home theatre and entertainment room.

Britney Spears released her latest live DVD Britney Spears Live: The Femme Fatale Tour on DVD at the end of November.
