Britney's back with a bang

Britney Spears is going to waste no time in making her mark on 2011.

The first single from her new album, 'Hold It Against Me' is going to be released on January 7th. It was recorded recently with hitmakers Dr. Luke and Max Martin.

Sharon Dastur, program director for New York's Z100, told Entertainment Weekly magazine: "It's produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin, and the beat that they give her is really unique compared to other artists.

"This infectious bass beat beneath the song. Plus, the hook is just amazing. It will be out on January 7."

The album will be out in March and if her December 2nd tweet is anything to go by it seems Britney can't wait "I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!"
