Britney: 'the bitch is back'

Britney Spears has announced her return, in no uncertain terms.

'The bitch is back,' she told V magazine '(and) better than ever.'

The singer also revealed that she enjoys culinary pursuits, saying: 'I love to cook, especially for my boys.'

Britney also admitted that she enjoys listening to The Black Eyed Peas and Christina Aguilera's 'Woo Hoo'.
