Britney Spears breaks Twitter record

Britney Spears has broken a Twitter record.

According to her official site, the title of her new album 'Femme Fatale' 'has been a trending topic for six days straight now and has broken records to become the Top 10 longest running Trending Topic of Twitter.'

The singer, who is credited with being one of the 'first major celebrities to join Twitter' is set to release 'Femme Fatale' on March 29th.
