"The hypocrisy is just spilling out today."
Nicki Minaj only just came face-to-face with former rapper Joe Budden in a heated row on her Beats 1 show, Queen Radio. However, now she's catching heat from Twitter too. The 'Megatron' rapper is being criticised for her use of the hashtag Black Girl Tragic, which was created to find missing women of colour.

It all started when Nicki posted a photo with her boyfriend, Kenneth Petty. Nicki recently revealed they're due to get hitched within the next 80 days, but a lot of her fans have a problem with her boo because of his past criminal convictions.
In the photo, Nicki is straddling Kenneth in a thong whilst he's grabbing her butt. People called out the suggestive image and their relationship, which caused Nicki to spring into attack mode in the comment section, calling some users "ugly".
She captioned the image: "S/O to #BlackGirlTragic I mean black girl magic. Never forget there r 7 billion ppl in the world but u choose to interrupt ur important life to go on another black girl page to project ur own insecurities.
"#KissMyAssAndMyAnus S/O TO MY BAD BTCHS THO #HotGirlSummer link in my BIO #QueenRadio TMRW 12NOON PST [sic]."
Now Nicki is catching some heat for using the Black Girl Tragic hashtag to hurl insults at black women, when it was intended to find missing women of colour.
Nicki Minaj turned her comments off on her last post because she is getting dragged for using the #BlackGirlTragic hashtag to drag BLACK WOMEN. That hashtag is used to bring awareness to Black girls that have gone missing or been killed. Is she going on hiatus anytime soon? pic.twitter.com/LR3XI644pB

#BlackGirlTragic is a hashtag for women who has been beaten, murdered, and ended up missing but she’s using it because someone said something mean about her. This is the same lady who pulls her “i’m a black woman” card whenever she’s getting dragged though. https://t.co/mPJ54RhCVU

The fact that Black Girl Tragic is a hashtag used for the murders of black women is sending me so you are going to use for a murderer and rapist ugh just disgusting.

Now Nicki Minaj is liking tweets shaming black girls calling them “tragic” but I thought you were all about “uplifting” the black girls and “black this, black that”. the hypocrisy is just spilling out today. pic.twitter.com/8lcRhnSLh3

Nicki Minaj really mocked the black girl magic hashtag by calling it black girl tragic and has her fans under black womens photos spewing racist comments over her convicted rapist, on the sex offenders list boyfriend. I’m—

Nicki Minaj is talking about “black girl tragic” while laying up with a rapist and murderer..: If THAT’S not tragic, what is?

I hope y’all don’t use the “black girl tragic” as an insult knowing what it truly means. And of course her yes-man eat her bullshit up. That’s sad :/
Did she really say ´Black girl tragic’ ? 🥴🥴 while sitting on the lap of her trashy man?

Black Girl Tragic is a tag that is normally used to highlight violence against black women. Nicki gets mad bc people don’t like her man so she uses the hashtag to say very degrading things to black women.

Imagine dragging your fellow black women on behalf of a rapist/murderer. pic.twitter.com/VdfPU5Skqj
Nicki hasn't responded to the backlash just yet but she did disable her Instagram comments on the photos of her with Kenneth.
