The pair debuted their new single at the awards in Los Angeles.
Will.i.am and Jennifer Lopez debuted their new single 'T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)' at the American Music Awards (AMAs) last night (21st November).
The track is the first single to be taken from the Black Eyed Peas star's latest new solo album '#willpower', which is due to be released in 2012.
The performance took place entirely in darkness, with J-Lo and Will.i.am both illuminated to glow in the dark.
Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, who also features on the song, didn't join the pair on stage, but was shown on a giant video screen.
Produced by Audiobot, Dallas Austin and will.i.am, 'T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)' is available to download from iTunes now.
Despite working on his own material, the rapper recently shot down reports that the Black Eyed Peas were set to split up.
