The 'I Gotta Feeling' star working with the Girls Aloud singer on forthcoming record 'A Million Lights'.
Black Eyed Peas star apl.de.ap has described Cheryl Cole's new album as "amazing".
The Girls Aloud star is due to release her latest solo album 'A Million Lights' next month.
Speaking to Capital FM, apl.de.ap said fans should expect great things from Cheryl's new record, which features current single 'Call My Name'.
"I was part of some of the writing process and it's an amazing album," he said. "People are going to love it."
Cheryl's third studio album also features apl.de.ap's bandmate and the singer's manager Will.i.am, as well as a track written by Lana Del Rey.
'Call My Name' is due to be released on 9th June, while the album 'A Million Lights' is released a week later.
