The event is in aid of The Robin Hood Foundation, a charity that helps underpriviledge children in New York and those affected by 9/11.
The Robin Hood Foundation also funds the Black Eyed Peas ' Peapod Academies, schools that teach kids affected by poverty skills such as music and video production.
There are 50,000 tickets up for grabs through a free online raffle.
The gig will take place in Central Park on June 9th
