The 'Love On Top' singer is rumoured to be headlining this year's event in Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
Beyonce is reportedly close to signing a deal to headline V Festival 2013.
The 'Halo' singer is apparently in negotiations for the slot, according to the Daily Star, which also claim Kings Of Leon will join her as headliners for the event.
Both acts have new albums set to be released shortly before the summer and would alternate venues in Chelmsford and Staffordshire for the two-day show.
The 'Crazy In Love' singer has previously famously headlined Glastonbury Festival's Pyramid stage back in 2011 and recently performed at the halftime show of the NFL Super Bowl.
Last year saw The Stone Roses and The Killers perform as headliners for the gigs with the likes of Olly Murs, Tinie Tempah and Nicki Minaj also performing.
Meanwhile, Beyonce is currently preparing to debut her new HBO documentary on TV screens this weekend.
She wowed on the red carpet of the premiere of the film this week alongside husband Jay-Z.
